Delete your Goolazo account

You can delete your Goolazo account at any time. All related data is deleted with it.

In the app, right away

Open Goolazo, go to More → Settings, scroll down to Delete account and confirm. The account and its data are deleted immediately and cannot be restored. A subscription paid by card on the website is cancelled automatically. A subscription from the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled in the store settings: deleting the account does not stop it.

By email, if you cannot open the app

Write to us from the email address your account uses and ask us to delete it. We will delete the account and reply within 30 days.

What gets deleted

·Profile: name, email, age, position, level and goals
·Training history, XP, streak and achievements
·Coach conversations and psychology module entries
·Nutrition diary: meals, water, energy and protein targets
·Profile photo
·League participation, invites and uploaded videos
·Notification tokens and messaging preferences
·Parent access to reports, if it was set up

What is kept and why

·Payment confirmations held by the payment provider, by App Store or Google Play, and in our accounting records outside the app: tax rules require this. Inside the app the payment record is deleted together with the account
·Data held by the payment providers: their own retention periods apply
·Server technical logs: up to 30 days, then deleted automatically
