Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

The Service is operated by INFOTECH SERVICE FZ-LLC (Ras Al Khaimah, UAE). By using the Goolazo service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any provision, please do not use the Service. Terms may be updated; continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

Goolazo is a personal training platform for footballers. The Service provides: personalized training plans, personal coach chat, progress tracking, physical conditioning, technique, recovery and psychology modules — for amateur and semi-professional footballers. The Service is available as a web application at goolazo.app and as a mobile application for iOS and Android.

3. Registration and Account

• Registration is required to access paid features
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
• One person — one account. Transferring accounts to third parties is prohibited
• Minimum age: 13 (16 for EU users under GDPR)
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Elite) are provided on a subscription basis:

• Payment is charged at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual)
• A 3-day free trial is available when you subscribe — cancel anytime during the trial period
• Cancel any time through the subscription management portal in settings
• After cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period
• Elite is a limited plan (30 spots). Cancelling frees your spot for another user
• Refunds for unused periods are not provided, except as required by applicable law
• Mobile app subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are governed by their respective terms.
• To cancel a mobile subscription: iOS — Settings > [Name] > Subscriptions; Android — Google Play > Subscriptions.

5. Acceptable Use

Prohibited:

• Using the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems
• Distributing or reselling platform materials for commercial purposes without written permission
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free plan limitations
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service

6. Content and Liability

Training plans, tips and recommendations are for informational purposes only. They do not replace consultation with a professional coach, physiotherapist or doctor.

Before starting new or intensive training — especially after injury or with chronic conditions — consult a specialist. Goolazo is not liable for injuries, physical deterioration or other harm resulting from following our recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content (design, code, texts, algorithms, Goolazo trademark) is the property of Goolazo and protected by intellectual property law. Personal training plans generated for you are provided under a non-exclusive license for personal non-commercial use.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to block or delete an account for violating these Terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by writing to support@goolazo.app. All your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of continuity, error-free operation, or achievement of specific athletic results. Goolazo's maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the last 3 months of subscription.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached — in court at Goolazo's place of business.
